Jurgen Klopp is the best manager in the Premier League, and Chelsea will be unable to match his achievements. Don't get me wrong: I think it's great. Thomas Tuchel is an excellent coach who is definitely doing an excellent job with Chelsea, but Klopp's performances with Liverpool make him the finest manager in the Premier League. Even Pep Guardiola could not have done what Klopp has done with the little transfer cash he has compared to Chelsea and Manchester City's spending.
